Highly acknowledged workshop among timepiece collectors was founded by the spouses Auguste Golay (1814-1895) and Suzanne Leresche the year of their marriage in 1837. Active in Geneva and Paris. From 1870 became "Golay - Leresche & fils".
Size app.: 13,8 cm (roughly 5,5) high, 8,1 cm (roughly 3,2 in) wide and 7,3 cm (roughly 2,9 in) deep. Weight is 1,15 kg. Very rare, damage to the enamel disc in the upper part. Comes from old estate. Good condition. Age and usage wear, hairlines and cracks to enamel dial. Does not run! Needs service. Please study high-res pictures for cosmetic condition!
