Refund of payment

To start a return, you can“CONTACT”us or use the automatic return request form in your personal account on our website or the contact us form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions

Good Buyer studies images and description closely enough before making a final decision. Before buying, you can always inquire with any questions that may occur using “CONTACT” us form. Since we are in the business of selling very old items we don’t deal with returns: When Buyer doesn’t like insignificant imperfections such age wear, tiny scratches, dents etc that were not mentioned in description, but were presented on pictures in any way. Some brightness/color/contrast discrepancy (in your opinion). There may be some differences: color, contrast, etc. in our pictures with the original item: we use diffused flash photography to bring the best images to you, sometimes with more or less intensity of light; almost all monitors render pictures in a different way (adjustments, age, Amoled, LCD, TFT, CRT, etc). These differences can also arise in what kind of lighting you view the received item.
