Private manufacture. Along with few others Item comes from old Russian White immigrate estate in Finland. Russian glass is harder to acquire from year to year: Because of the numerous wars that occurred on the territory of Russia. Also Bolsheviks didn't like beautiful decorative items created in imperial Russia and crashed them every time they had opportunity. On the other hand, Russian tradition welcomes to break some glass as it brings happiness. So not much glass items survived in these hard-severe circumstances.

Size app.: 15 cm high (roughly 5,9 in), 11 cm diameter (roughly 4.33 in). Very Good condition, age n usage wear, chip(s). Please study good resolution images for overall condition.
